The product is composed of an insulating epoxy resin glass fiber rod, silicone rubber shed sheaths, hardware fittings, and grading rings. It is used in transmission lines to provide mechanical connection and electrical insulation between conductors and towers.
The connection between the epoxy resin glass fiber rod and hardware fittings adopts a crimping process with digitally controlled parameters, ensuring consistent and reliable mechanical performance. The sheds and sheaths are made of silicone rubber with an aerodynamic design, offering excellent pollution flashover resistance. The sealing of sheds, sheaths, and hardware ends uses integral injection molding with high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, ensuring reliable interface and sealing performance.
